The tiny hamlet of Foscot is 4½ miles from Stow-on-the-Wold, in the heart of the beautiful Cotswold hills.

The nearby towns of Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the Water, Burford, Chipping Campden and Broadway offer 'retail therapy' and there are many beautiful walks with views across the Cotswolds.

The area is rich with treasures to make your stay memorable. Enjoy exclusive shopping at Daylesford Organic farm shop and Snowshill Lavender. Batsford Arboretum is nearby, as are Chastleton House, Hidcote Manor and Blenheim Palace. For those with children, the Cotswold Wildlife Park is just up the road and why not visit the rare breeds at Cotswold Farm Park. 
 

A little further afield, you can visit historic Stratford-upon-Avon, Regency Cheltenham or the spires of Oxford - each approximately 20 miles away. For a session of complete pampering, spend a few hours at the Haybarn Spa at Daylesford Organics - but be sure to book in advance as it is very popular!

Cheltenham racecourse is just a short drive away, making Foscot the ideal base for visiting the Gold Cup or one of the many other top-class meetings held throughout the year at the home of national hunt racing.
